If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, please send an email to email@example.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return/exchange
- A picture of your item or package if it was damaged
- Whether you would like a full refund or an exchange at no extra cost
Upon receiving the email, we will either re-print the product for you, or completely refund your order within 7 business days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but are truly grateful for your business with us!
